Hello
RHS Band Family Members!
There are a quite a few opportunities
to support our band students through a number of activities scheduled over
the upcoming months and throughout the marching band season.
This is to let you know what is going
on and the opportunities that you have to help support the RHS band in 2010!
We need everyone's help!!
The RABB needs volunteers
for the following events:
·
Cleaning
the stands at the FAAC after Richland
football games this season. This will
generate significant income for the RABB to use to help support the Band. The goal is to have parents/guardians/etc from each section
help out on so that we would have 40-50 parents helping to clean the stands.
Our goal is to get it cleaned in about 30-45 minutes, starting immediately
following the game so that we can get this accomplished quickly and still
get to RHS to pick up our band students once they get back to school and get
instruments and uniforms put up. Please see schedule below. We
are looking to have 3-4 "Crew Chiefs" for each date and
as many adults as possible to help with clean-up. The goal
is to have each section take the lead on a date. We would, however, love it
if you would like to come on any or all of these dates. The more the merrier!
If you can help out at any or
all of the games, please contact John Curran - billsabre66@yahoo.com
