A JAZZ EVENING
Bring
your family and friends for the 2nd annual evening of Jazz music and dinner at
the Northwood Church “plex” on Tuesday, May 13, 2008
at 7:00p.m.
Have
dinner while listening to the Richland High and the North Ridge Middle School
Jazz Bands directed by Mr. Kevin McNulty and Mr. James Smith.
A
Lasagna or Spaghetti dinner with dessert will be served. Cost will be $7.00 for
adults and $5.00 for 10 and younger.
Jazz band students will be given a special meal price of $4.00 to eat
there. Please indicate that you are paying for a jazz band student on the form
you turn in with your payment.
Make your reservations in advance for the dinner. Payment
is required for reservations. Space is limited so please get your reservations
early. Send in the bottom of this form to your band director with your

Directions:
Take Rufe Snow. Go north to North
Tarrant Parkway. Turn left at the light. Lowe’s
will be on your left and church on right. Turn right into church parking lot.
“Plex” will be on the right with JAZZ signs.
